About Vymo:

Vymo is a sales engagement platform designed to enhance the productivity and efficiency of sales teams, particularly in the financial services industry. It offers solutions for salesforce automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and personal sales assistant functionalities. Vymo helps sales representatives and managers track activities, manage leads, and optimize sales processes through data-driven insights and AI-powered recommendations. Challenges:

I was hired in Vymo in May 2022 to help them with the following:

  1. SEO: The website was not getting indexed properly. There were lots of technical SEO challenges. The US website of vymo which should get indexed only in USA was getting indexed Globally. 

  2. Website Inbounds: Vymo was dependent on various events to generate leads. They wanted to shift to inbound through various SEO & google ads. 

Solutions:

In SEO, first I started working with in house web developer and started fixing all the indexing issues. Went through the Google Search Console property and analyzed the root cause of the issue. Once the indexing issue was fixed, we started working on the new domain. Initially we had getvymo.com as the domain. We migrated to vymo.com without effecting the SEO rankings. Post website migration, started working on increasing the organic traffic of the website in USA. 

Focusing on website inbound, I also started running campaigns in Google Ads for USA region. Since Vymo did not have any defined category, we had to run various campaigns and did lots of A/B testing. We also ran remarketing, video ads. I also ran ads in Linkedin channels to generate leads. 

Impact:

  •  Organically, the website traffic in USA region grew by 240% in the first year. 
  • Blogs & Website started ranking in first page for more then 50+ keywords globally.
  • Generated sales pipeline through inbound channel in USA by $400k. 
  • Won 2 new customers via inbound channels for the first time within a year. 
  • Worked with the web developer and successfully reduced the bounce rate from 74% to 24%.
  • Ranked #1 in G2 for financial CRM Category. Helped gain new badges & also brand impact in NAM regions.
  • Increased the domain authority of brand new domain vymo.com to 34 within few months
